Heleen de Coninck is full professor at the Eindhoven University of Technology and associate professor in innovation studies and sustainability at the Radboud University. She worked for over 10 years on international energy and climate policy at the Energy research Centre of the Netherlands (ECN). Her main research interest are in international climate policy, energy technology and innovation. She was one of the Coordinating Lead Authors (CLA) of the IPCC Special Report on limiting warming to 1.5C, which was published in 2018. Currently, she is CLA in the IPCC Sixth Assessment Report (WGIII).
